Doctor Referral

Thank you for allowing Dr. Andrea Laidlaw and the team at Laidlaw Orthodontics to serve you and your patients. We appreciate your trust and look forward to providing the highest level of orthodontic care. As a courtesy to parents and our referring dentists, initial consultations, including all diagnostic photos and radiographs are provided at no charge for adolescent and young adult patients under 23 years old. Adult new patient consultations (23 years and older) require a $135 non-refundable consultation fee, which will be credited toward the cost of treatment if care is completed in our office.
